Credits is like a form of currency within Cubee.ai. Certain actions require credits in order to use them such as adding ASINs to a collection or generating reports. Currently, each action requires 10 credits/action (subject to change at any time). If you've used all of your credits in a single day, you can upgrade to a higher plan to get more credits per day or wait until your credit allotment automatically resets each day.
You can get more credits by upgrading your plan to a higher tier or wait until your credit allotment automatically resets each day. Credits reset daily at midnight pacific time, except on free Trial account. Credits do not reset on free Trial accounts.
There is no expiration on Free Trial accounts, however, there are limitations on the uses of each tool. We recommend upgrading to a Personal or Professional account if you have a new or existing business in order to take advantage of all the tools and features.

Yes, there are no long-term commitments required for monthly plans. If you would like to cancel your subscription, you can do so by visiting the ‘Plans & Billing’ section of your account and selecting ‘Cancel’ or by reaching out to us at support@cubee.ai. For more information, please click here.
Yes! But your subscription can be cancelled prior to the next renewal period to end your subscription, if needed. For more information, please click here.
Cubee is compatible with marketplaces in the United States, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain. Some features on Cubee are currently limited to the U.S. market.
Cubee uses secure onsite payment processing with Stripe and accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. If you do not have a credit card, email us at support@cubee.ai and we can send you a Paypal invoice.
